+ Real talk: isn't this kind of thing super-expensive?

It doesn’t have to be! We offer tiered memberships that are designed to fit each team’s specific needs. Packages range from just $25/month for basic networking access to $150/month and up for workspace. If you factor in all the additional charges you’d have for WiFi, cleaning services, and office equipment and furniture, coworking is a steal! And, unlike traditional office space, our private suites are priced on a sliding scale per person, not square footage alone.

+ Do I have to commit to a year long contract?

We know that the business world changes fast, so we’re not interested in locking anyone into a claustrophobia-inducing contract. Work with us month-by-month for as long as you’d like— just give us a 30-day heads up before you decide to roll outta here. (But you do get a nice little price break when you sign up for a whole year.)

+ Can I switch between spaces?

25N members can upgrade to universal workspace access for a nominal fee. Meeting rooms are universally bookable all the time. Plus, your 25N membership also grants you access to 100+ high-quality coworking spaces through the League of Extraordinary Coworking Spaces (LExC).

+ What if i want to change the size of my office or upgrade my workspace?

No problem! As your team grows (or your workspace needs evolve), we make it easy to switch things up. Whether you need a bigger office, a different layout, or an upgrade, we’ll help you find the perfect fit.

+ If I'm a member, can I have guests?

We love making new friends! Guests are welcome to join you in any meeting space you’ve reserved, or they can meet with you in the common space for up to an hour. If you want to work together for more time, one of our Community Managers can hook them up with a day pass (prices start at $25).

+ Can I try out the space before I join?

You bet! If you're interested in membership, we're always gonna give you a free trial day to see if the setup works for you—whether a coworking desk or even private office. If you want to test it out a bit longer, you can always grab a few day passes or 1 month of membership.

+ Do I have to be a member to host a meeting or event at your space?

Nope! But our members do enjoy a sweet discount on meeting and event space.

+ What types of events/networking opportunities are available?

A little bit of everything... happy hours, networking events, holiday parties, workshops, member meetups — and the occasional themed gathering just because. There’s always something happening.

+ What types of companies work out of 25N?

Our community’s got range. From independent contractors and remote pros to startups, small businesses, and enterprise teams, we have workspaces for teams of 2 to 100 - all building, growing, and collaborating here.

+ What are your hours?

You’ll see our happy, caffeinated faces bright and early at 8 a.m., ready to make your coffee, help set up meetings, or just keep the energy flowing. We lock up at 5 p.m., but workspace members have 24/7 access to the space, which means there’s always an outlet for a 2am stroke of genius.

+ How do I get 24/7 access to my desk?

We use a nifty app as keycard access to our securely locked entrance(s) for all "unlimited" workspace packages i.e. unlimited flex, dedicated desks, and all private offices. We suggest using "ALOHOMORA!!!" as well (for good measure).

+ Can I bring my doggo?

Despite their powers of persuasion, Charlie and his furry friends need to stay behind. However, the beauty of suburban coworking is your ability to swing back home for lunchtime walks and other dog-slobber-y midday reunions. We also HIGHLY encourage sharing pet photos with your desk neighbor while you’re here.

+ I take a lot of phone calls. Is that going to be a problem?

Nope! If we wanted a totally hush-hush space, we’d have signed up for a library card or hopped on the quiet car. Our space is optimized for phone calls, and if you need a little more privacy, you can always tuck into our sound-absorbing phone booths or, better yet, book a day office or meeting room all to yourself.

+ I need a space for all of my meetings, not just a desk.

No problemo! All of our locations have gorgeous, presentation-equipped meeting rooms that can accommodate groups of 2 to 100. Rooms are bookable by the hour or half-day, and are open to the public. 25N members receive special pricing, of course!

+ do you workspaces come furnished?

Every workspace is furnished and move-in ready. Thanks to our in-house design team, Workplace Studio, each space hits the sweet spot between teamwork buzz and heads-down focus.

+ What types of amenities do you offer?

Everything you need to do your best work (and actually enjoy it). Think: fast, secure Wi-Fi, bottomless coffee, bright meeting rooms, and onsite community managers who make it all run smoothly. Plus, many of our spaces also feature onsite fitness centers and are in highly walkable areas — basically, access to all the great stuff.

+ Can I get my mail here?

Oh yeah, we do that, too. Our virtual office packages start at just $25/month for members, and include snazzy things like a mailing address, suite number unique to you, and concierge mail service.

+ Will membership qualify me for a Google Business listing?

Every 25N product is linked to a staffed, physical building. That usually helps! Still, Google has their own parameters for business listings, so we can't guaruntee that they will accept your Google Business account, even if you're linked to our staffed address. That is solely up to the discretion of Google and their policies.

+ What benefits come with my Lexc membership?

Get free, full-day coworking passes at any of the LExC locations, up to 5 times per space, per year. Plus, up to 5 meeting room credits per year (a $100 value each) redeemable at any location.

+ do you offer printing services?

Yep! We offer printing for a small fee (because printers have needs, apparently).
