25N Coworking has begun development on a 23,000 sq. foot coworking virtual office space in Schaumburg Area within the Continental Towers property. This expansive location will offer hot desk seating, semi-private dedicated desks, and private offices with highly flexible leasing options. Plus, 4 well-appointed meeting rooms with seats for 2–30. Members of 25N will also have booking access to Continental Towers’ massive, first-floor conference center and training suites, accommodating groups from 18–224 and amassing over 4000+ sq. ft.
This newest location is slated to launch in late fall of 2022, and will beautifully complement our existing location a few miles away in Arlington Heights, IL. Members from each location will have reciprocal access to the flex workspace at both, as well as member-exclusive rates on both location’s meeting rooms.
