Meeting Room Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must occur 10 days prior to meeting for a full refund (excluding service fees). If a refund is being issued when payment was made with ACH, it will be in the form of a credit or physical check. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the meeting time or no-shows will not be given a refund or credit; A credit for the amount paid for the meeting room will only be given if cancellation is made between 24 hours - 10 days in advance. All credits are for in-space use only and equal to the meeting room reservation value. Credits will expire six months post-meeting date.
