When you’re ready to redeem, call, email, or stop by the front desk. We’ll book you in! Bookings made via the online portal will not automatically apply credit.

Terms & Conditions:

• While supplies last.

• Initial meeting room reservation(s) must be paid in full and attended by end of business on Oct. 31, 2025 to receive BOGO credit.

• Redemption details: Booking window for credit redemption window begins Nov. 1 and ends at end of business Dec. 31, 2025. Preferred meeting room availability at time of credit redemption is not guaranteed, and depends on location occupancy & seasonality, day, time, etc. Redeemable only on meetings of equal or lesser value. Bookings made within Yardi portal will not automatically apply credit.

• Credit details: Credit only earned on meetings booked a la carte at traditional rates; not earned on meetings booked via meeting room packages or hourly credits. Unused credit has no cash value and refunds will not be given.

• Exclusions: bookings in the Hub, Atrium, or Terrace not applicable for BOGO promotion.
