At 25N, we believe people do their best work when they actually feel good doing it. Not "survived the week" good. Actually good — energized, focused, and genuinely glad they showed up.
The Workwell Project is how that belief shows up in real life. It's built into our spaces, our programming, and the little decisions we make every single day, because a better workday shouldn't be something you have to seek out on your own.

How it takes shape:
Wellness Wednesdays- The third Wednesday of every month, dedicated to something good for the body and mind - community walks, chair massages, hydration stations, meditation sessions, and more.
Real food options - Healthy snack choices that are gluten-free, organic, dye-free, and actually… good.
Filtered water bottle refill stations - Hydration is non-negotiable around here.
White noise and ambient sound machines - The kind of background noise that helps your brain do its thing.
Quiet Zones - No phone calls, no video calls, no interruptions.
On-site wellness rooms - Soft lighting, cozy seating, essential oils, and ambient sound. Your nervous system will thank you.
On-site fitness centers* - Before work, after work, or when you just need to step away from your inbox for a bit.

Meet the founder:
Emily FOrd
Senior Hospitality Coordinator
Geneva, il
Emily is 25N Geneva's Hospitality Coordinator by day and a certified yoga teacher and Ayurveda Wellness Counselor by passion. She's been practicing yoga since 2018, teaching since 2022, and recently deepened her training to support people in finding balance through personalized wellness practices rooted in daily routines, seasonal living, and mindful nutrition. She believes there's almost always a root cause behind feeling “off” — and that small, intentional shifts can make a big difference. Workwell grew out of a simple idea Emily has always held: that the people around her deserve to feel as good as possible — and that she could help make that happen.
