The Central, a 27-acre mixed-use development going up right next door, is bringing a 3.5-acre park, new dining, and more energy to an already buzzing corridor. The Building: Modern, Bright, & Remarkable Amenities

We’re located on the 5th floor of 4040 North Central Expressway — a modernized Class B building sitting at the edge of Knox-Henderson, right where Uptown energy meets a slightly more residential, more livable pace. You're walkable to West Village, a short stroll from the Katy Trail, and close enough to The Central development to benefit from everything happening there without paying for a front-row seat.

The building itself brings a lot to the table. Covered parking for 606 vehicles means you're never circling the block in the Texas heat. An on-site fitness center means your workout and your workday share a commute. An outdoor tenant patio gives you a place to think (or decompress) without leaving the building. A virtual golf simulator gives you somewhere to take a client that isn't another coffee shop. And for members who commute, the Cityplace/Uptown DART station — the only below-grade station outside downtown — puts you on the Red, Blue, and Orange lines without getting in a car.

Yes. We believe your workspace should be as flexible as your work. Most of our membership options are available on a month-to-month basis, with longer-term options available if you want to lock in a rate.

We're at 4040 North Central Expressway in Uptown Dallas — on the east side of the highway, right at the edge of Knox-Henderson. Walkable to West Village, close to the Katy Trail, and easy on and off 75. Covered parking is included.

Yes! Covered parking is available at 4040 NCX. For most of our members, this is a big deal, and we know it.

We offer flexible terms across a range of needs: private offices (for individuals and teams), dedicated desks, and flex/day-use options. Virtual office packages are available too. Pricing and availability will be announced to the pre-launch list first.

We're spaces that are intentionally designed and genuinely community-driven. You'll know our team, and they'll know you. Our programming is built to help you succeed, our hospitality is personal, and our spaces are designed in-house by our own interior design studio. It's a different experience. Come see for yourself.

The basics: fast, reliable Wi-Fi, access to meeting rooms, printing, 24/7 building access, and a fully stocked coffee bar. The not-so-basics: a Community Manager who actually knows who you are, a calendar full of events and programming, and a community of people worth knowing.

Absolutely. Guests are welcome, our meeting rooms are available for members to book at discounted rates, and we'll make sure the experience reflects well on you.
