Katie linked arms with the 25N Coworking corporate team in 2019 with one goal in mind: build systems and processes for growth. Equipped with extensive management experience from preeminent brands such as Lululemon, SoulCycle, and Anthropologie, Katie knows a thing or two about leading high-capacity teams. In particular: what exactly it takes to provide a world-class member experience while navigating the demands of a fast-paced work environment.
Today—as Director of Operations at 25N—Katie leverages this rich background toward strategic initiatives that support the company’s rapid growth while ensuring the continuation of what drew her to 25N in the first place: a commitment to an authentic member experience and the holistic good of the 25N team. In her short tenure on the 25N Corporate Team, Katie has already collaborated to develop a comprehensive employee training process, as well as vet (and reinvent) nearly every aspect of 25N’s Daily Process & Procedure for scalability.
Katie builds upon proven management strategies to confidently empower her team while modeling emotionally-aware leadership. A “systems'' thinker and coach at heart, you’re just as likely to find Katie hunkered down in a meeting room reimagining 25N’s training process as you are to spot her mentoring a Community Manager on conflict resolution.
A true collaborator, Katie is also an active participant in the Chicago Coworks membership community, and soon to join the LExC (League of Extraordinary Spaces) General Managers cohort.
Outside of work, you can find Katie capturing beautiful moments on her Canon or day-tripping into the city to catch an outdoor concert with a tight-knit group of friends. She’s happiest in the sunshine and while exploring new places. She also will never turn down a surprise Starbucks cold brew... for the record.
