Inspired by design, driven by people.

Early in her career, Meagan fell in love with design and brand-building. That passion still fuels her as COO of 25N Coworking, where she leads national operations with a deep respect for the dynamic relationship between people, process, and place. Known for her clarity, compassion, and systems thinking, Meagan is the operational backbone of a growing company and culture.

With a philosophy rooted in whole-organization alignment, Meagan focuses on balancing community and productivity; building the operational models and internal structures that support both. She believes every tool, workflow, and space should empower the people using it. As 25N expands into new markets, she continues to evolve the systems behind the brand to ensure that teammates, members, and partners thrive together.

From daily momentum to big-picture strategy.

Meagan directs on-site operations and oversees 25N’s Corporate Team across brand, culture, sales, hospitality, and events. She is hands-on in product development, sales strategy, and team leadership, while also guiding financial forecasting, partner relationships, and new market expansion at the executive level. Her ability to toggle between tactical execution and strategic growth makes her a cornerstone of 25N’s long-term success.

Scaling impact beyond 25N.

Meagan formerly served as President of The League of Extraordinary Coworking Spaces (LExC)—a reciprocal network of nearly 100 independently owned coworking spaces—where she bought together top operators to share insights, elevate standards, and shape the future of the industry. She regularly contributes to industry publications such as the Global Workspace Association Conference, GCUC, Coworking Convos, Flex Uncensored, Caleb Parker Show, Everything Coworking, This Week in Coworking, and more.

Based in Toledo, OH, Meagan and her husband love helping things grow—whether it’s a company, a garden, or a group of all-star nephews wrangled into a sports team. You’ll often find them curled up with their two cats and a well-cooked meal.
