Training & Event Space Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 60 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (excluding service fees) of their booking price. Cancellations made between 60 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding service fees) of their booking price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the meeting start time or day-of no-shows are not refundable. If a refund is being issued for a payment made with ACH, it will be in the form of a credit or physical check.
