How it takes shape:
Wellness Wednesdays on the third Wednesday of every month. - community events designed to support… think community walks to the coffee shop down the street, hydration stations with water infused with fresh fruits and herbs, complimentary chair massages and more.
Healthy snack options including gluten-free, organic, dye-free options.
