1) Logan has a hands-on work, people-first mindset. At 25N, he gets to keep things running smoothly while still being around people all day.
2) Discipline is his default setting. He’s the “don’t worry, I’ve got it” type - then actually has it.
3) His ideal day starts with a morning trail walk, includes a seriously good homemade breakfast and lunch, and ends downtown chasing the perfect dinner spot.
