Meet Your (Future) Community Team: The Humans of 25N Uptown Dallas

We should let you in on a little secret about coworking spaces… It’s not the cushy office chairs or ultra cool interior design that make you feel at home. It’s the people.

So before 25N Uptown Dallas throws open its doors on the 5th floor of 4040 N. Central Expressway this fall, before you've picked your favorite corner of the lounge, before you've lost (and won) a round on the golf simulator, before the Katy Trail becomes your unofficial midday reset button — meet the two people who are going to make sure your work neighbors actually feel like neighbors.

Grab a coffee. Here's your 25N Uptown Community Team.

Neale Güvenöz

Community Lead

Jackie Canedo

Regional Manager

Superpower: Turning a Tuesday into an event.

If Neale had a LinkedIn headline that was actually honest, it would read: hospitality whiz, part-time Disney adventurer, full-time GPA overachiever, professional macaron perfectionist. He carries a 4.0 by day and somehow still finds time to plan a Disney World trip that could double as a military operation.

Neale's Yearbook Superlatives:

  • Most Likely to Fly to Disney World and Back in a Single Day (This is a real, previously-earned title. We're not exaggerating)

  • Most Likely to Make You Feel Bad About Your Baking — his macarons are unreasonably good

  • Most Likely to Be Sponsored by Alani Nu — the man runs on caffeine and vibes, and he'd like the sponsorship deal to reflect that

  • Most Likely to Roast You With Love — his sarcasm is blunt, but so is his loyalty

In his own words: "It is truly something special to be considered part of this incredible mission to create such a great community amongst all the members, regardless of their backgrounds or professions."

His philosophy, borrowed from Walt himself: "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them."

Translation: Neale is going to make sure 25N Uptown feels like a community from the get-go and he's going to have a genuinely great time doing it.

Superpower: Building something out of nothing.

How to spot Jackie in the wild: coffee in one hand and power drill in the other. She oversees both 25N Frisco and Uptown Dallas and whether it's a weekend project or a brand-new location, she builds it like she means it.

Jackie's Yearbook Superlatives:

  • Most Likely to Fix It (whatever "it" is) — this is a real, previously-earned title, and at this point nobody bothers asking how

  • Most Likely to Own a Pink Power Drill — because the toolbox could use a little color

  • Most Likely to Show Up and Show Out — for the job, for the team, for herself

  • Most Likely to Find the Silver Lining — and then a way forward, usually before you've finished panicking

Her quote to live by: "I believe success isn't defined by where you've been but by the direction you're headed and the impact you make along the way."

Why she's here: "It's refreshing to be a part of a team that is not only focused on growth, but is equally committed to helping others grow."

Bottom line: Jackie is going to make sure 25N Uptown runs smoothly from day one, because that's just who she is.

Why This Team, In This Neighborhood

Uptown Dallas didn't happen by accident, and neither did this team. This is a neighborhood people choose on purpose: right next to West Village, a short ways from the Katy Trail, and with The Central's dining and retail going up right next door. Getting work done and actually enjoying your day aren't in competition here.

And that's exactly the energy Neale and Jackie will bring inside 25N Uptown. They'll be behind the events worth putting on your calendar, not just filling it. They'll be the reason you know the person two desks over instead of just nodding at them. They'll remember your name, keep the snacks stocked, and make Wednesday feel less like a hump and more like a highlight. A good community doesn't happen by accident. It happens because a whole team is making it their job. Come and be a part of it.
